We are confident our exam preparation material will be beneficial to you, therefore, feel free to use our material risk free for 24 hours. If, within the 24 hours, you do not feel you got your money's worth, we will refund 100% of your money back - guaranteed. We do ask, (although it is not mandatory), that you provide to us some feedback on why you were not pleased with your purchase so we can make appropriate adjustments, if necessary. Because we offer content that can be immediately useful to our customers (cram sessions etc.), we do not generally offer refunds to individuals that have had a membership for longer than 24 hours. With this in mind, however, customer satisfaction is still important to us. Therefore, even after 24 hours, we will consider all reasonable requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis.

*You may take the simulated exams as often as you like to get your competency meters up. The competency meters will indicate if you are poor, weak or good in each of the exam topics. What you are paying for.
The price paid includes access to the test preparation program only. Any free content we offer our customers (i.e. ToonTorials, Games, Cheat Sheets, etc) are offered without warranty.
Required Internet Connection.
A great advantage of our learning system is that you can access our exam preparation materials from virtually any location with Internet Access (work, home, etc.). Of course, customers should be aware that an active Internet connection must be present to access the content. Site content cannot be downloaded to a computer for later use, nor can it be saved to a disk for later use. Though we do everything we can to ensure our site is always available.
Use of website by minors
The Website and Services offered are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen. By accessing and using the Website and Services, you represent and warrant that you are eighteen years of age or older.
Accuracy of Content
LearnAppraising.com has gone to great strides to ensure the accuracy of its questions and answers. However, LearnAppraising.com cannot be held liable for any incorrect information that may be contained on our web site or in any of our programs. Payment Terms
LearnAppraising.com sells access to our exam preparation content for a stated membership period for a one-time fee displayed at checkout. We do not use recurring or automatic renewal billing. When your membership expires, you will not be charged again unless you choose to purchase a new membership. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are due in full at the time of purchase. Payment is processed through our third-party payment gateway. Charges may appear on your statement under the billing descriptor associated with our merchant account (for example, Copper Street Appraisals). Access to paid content begins after successful payment authorization. If a payment is declined, reversed, or charged back, we may suspend or terminate access until the matter is resolved. Refund eligibility is described in the Risk Free Refund Policy and Pass Guarantee sections above.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on LearnAppraising.com—including but not limited to exam questions and answers, study manuals, cheat sheets, ToonTorials and other videos, games, software, text, graphics, logos, and the overall look and feel of the site—is owned by LearnAppraising.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the paid content solely for your own exam preparation during your active membership period. Except for that limited license, no right, title, or interest in any content is transferred to you. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.
Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use LearnAppraising.com only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may use the site and its materials for your own personal study. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: sharing, selling, or lending your account credentials; allowing others (including students of an education provider) to use an account that was not purchased for them; copying or redistributing questions, answers, manuals, videos, or other materials; attempting to circumvent access controls, security features, or usage limits; using automated tools to scrape or harvest content; interfering with the operation of the site; or using the service in any way that violates applicable law.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, blocking of future access, and pursuit of any other remedies available to us under law, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearnAppraising.com and its affiliates, contractors, agents, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the site or any content, including but not limited to damages for loss of revenues or profits, goodwill, use, data, exam results, licensing outcomes, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to LearnAppraising.com for the membership giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern or dispute related to these Terms, a purchase, or your use of LearnAppraising.com, please contact us first through our contact page or at contact@learnappraising.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within a reasonable time, either party may pursue available remedies in the state or federal courts located in the State of Utah, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek temporary or permanent injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your use of LearnAppraising.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the Dispute Resolution section above, you agree that the state and federal courts located in Utah shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal action arising from these Terms or the services, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. Upon request we offer customers the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information, financial information, unique identifiers, transaction information, communications that the consumer/visitor has directed to the site.
